Grade 4 : “Week 6 : Matsyasana (Fish Pose) & Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) | Yoga Session”
This week in our school yoga class, we explored two transformative poses:
Matsyasana (Fish Pose): A heart-opening pose that stretches the chest, neck, and shoulders. It’s great for improving posture and bringing a sense of calmness and relaxation.
Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose): A balancing pose that strengthens the core, legs, and back while improving focus and coordination. Perfect for building flexibility and stability.
