Yoga Asanas for the Week 1 [ November]
Welcome to our energizing yoga practice for students Grade 4 ! In this session, we focus on three important asanas: Pawan Muktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Vyaghra Asana (Tiger Pose), and Marjari Asana (Cat Pose). These yoga postures are perfect for improving digestion, building core strength, and enhancing flexibility while promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
Asanas Practiced:
- Pawan Muktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose): A pose to relieve gas and improve digestion.
- Vyaghra Asana (Tiger Pose): A dynamic posture to strengthen the back and core, boosting energy and focus.
- Marjari Asana (Cat Pose): A gentle stretch for the spine, easing tension and enhancing mobility.
